 Bass Conference RoomLocated at Cedar Bluff Lodge and is only reserved for groups staying in Cedar Bluff Lodge for an extra fee. The max occupancy is 96 people. Includes a sound system and 70" flat screen TV, chairs, and ten 6' tables. Dimensions - 28' X 44' |  Worship CenterThe Worship Center is for groups of at least 300 to reserve for exclusive use and can be reserved with or without a Riverbend staff member to run the sound. The max occupancy is 1,500 people. Includes a sound system, three video projectors, three 9'X12' projector screens, chairs, and ten 6' tables. Dimensions - 112' X 120' |  PoolsideThe Poolside Room is located adjacent to the swimming pool, and can be reserved if cabin meeting room is not large enough for group size. The max occupancy is 50 people Includes a 37" flat screen TV, chairs, and three 6' tables. Dimensions - 30' x 25' |

 Worship Center Conference RoomLocated off the lobby of the Worship Center Max occupancy is 85 people. Includes a basic P.A. sound system, 37" flat screen TV, chairs, and four 6' tables. Note: The Conference Room can only be reserved separate from the Worship Center within two weeks of the event. Dimensions 37' x 28' |  Refuge ChapelThe Refuge Chapel can be reserved if the cabin meeting room is not large enough to accommodate your group size. The max occupancy for this space is 200 people. The space includes a stage, sound system with the option to add a Riverbend staff to run it, and lighting. |  Swank Education CenterSwank Education Center is contected to the Worship Center by a breezeway. It has four rooms. The Oak Room, which is the main meeting space, and three breakout rooms Elm, Mesquite, and Willow. The Oak Room has a max capacity 250 people, and comes with a sound system, two mounted 75" TVs, one confidence monitor and ten 6' tables. Dimensions 49' X 56' The three breakout rooms come with one mounted 55" TV, 40 chairs and three 6' tables. Dimensions 27' X 20' |
