Reservations

Riverbend Retreat Center (“RRC”) desires that our facilities be used for the Glory of God and to further RRC’s mission: To provide a place of refuge where people experience Christ.  While RRC does not discriminate on the use of our facilities on the basis of race, sex, ethnicity, or national origin, only uses consistent with RRC’s charitable, religious, and educational purposes will be considered.  Groups whose purposes or beliefs are not consistent with RRC’s Statement of Faith will not be permitted to use RRC’s facilities.  RRC has the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a group’s purposes, beliefs or conduct are inconsistent with RRC’s Statement of Faith.

Reservations are made through the Retreat Center Office on a first come-first served basis. A Retreat Contract will be sent to you from the reservations team by e-mail.  To confirm the retreat, you must sign and return the contract along with the stated deposit by the date noted on the contract.  Failure to receive the contract and deposit by the date noted will result in the release of the facilities. The Retreat Contract provides important information including rates, meal schedules, and policies that will need to be followed and communicated to the group attending.
