The 40-bed cabins have two bunk rooms with ten bunk beds each.

Cabin 10-11

The 32-bed cabins have four bunk rooms with four bunk beds each.

​

Dorm-style cabins have two or more bunk rooms with restrooms and a conference room that seats the number of people that can sleep in the cabin.

A kitchen and linens are not included.

Cabin check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 2 pm.

Cabins 3, 6, 7 & 8

The 40-bed cabins have two bunk rooms with ten bunk beds each.

Cabin 4

The 80-bed cabin has two bunk rooms with 20 bunk beds each.  This cabin has two conference rooms.  One large one and one smaller one.

Cabin 5 & 9

The 88-bed cabin has two bunk rooms with 22 bunk beds each.

Dorm-style cabins have two or more bunk rooms with attached restrooms and a central conference room that seats the number of people that can sleep in the cabin.

Kitchen and linens are not included.

Cabin check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 2 pm.

Bathhouses are provided for the facilities without restrooms.  Linens are not included, and a kitchen is not provided.

The Outpost check-in time is 3 pm & check-out is 2 pm.

Fees apply to facilities dropped within 90 days of your arrival date.

Each lodge has 12 private rooms.  The rate listed is per room per night from 4 pm check-in until 12 pm check-out. 

The Rock Creek Conference Room or Cedar Bluff Gathering Room can be reserved at no additional charge if six or more rooms are reserved from 3 pm check-in to 2 pm check-out. 

Condo-style lodges are similar to residential houses, and the rate is for the entire lodge from 4 pm check-in to 2 pm check-out.

Rates are per night from 3 pm check-in to 2 pm check-out.  Groups with multiple cabins or lodges have first priority for meeting spaces.

*Worship Center Conference Room can only be reserved 14-days prior.

The Drink Station in Worship Center or Riverside: $2 per person for your whole group.

The Coffee Station Only in Worship Center, Riverside, is $1 per person for your whole group.

To arrive early or depart late to/from your lodging or meeting space, an additional night's reservation is required.

Early access to grounds fee applies to anyone arriving to the grounds before standard check-in time.

​

Late access to grounds fee applies to anyone staying on the grounds past the standard check-out time.

Breakfast includes a  fruit bar, cereal cart, and full beverage bar.

Lunch includes a soup, salad bar, and full beverage bar.

​

Dinner includes a salad bar, dessert, and full beverage bar.
